# Glosuppliers B2B User Guide

## 1. Platform Overview

Glosuppliers is a B2B trade platform for buyers and suppliers. Buyers can browse products, find suppliers, send inquiries, place orders, and manage conversations and order activity from their account.

Suppliers use a separate portal:

**Supplier Center:** https://supplier.glo-suppliers.com/supplier-login.html

## 2. Access the Platform

The main navigation provides access to:

- **Products:** search and browse products;
- **Suppliers:** find suppliers;
- **Sign In:** access a buyer account;
- **Register:** create a buyer account;
- **Supplier Center:** access the separate supplier portal;
- **User Guide:** open the online guide.

The platform supports English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, and Arabic. If translated content is unavailable, the platform displays English.

## 3. Create a Buyer Account

1. Select **Register**.
2. Enter your first name, last name, email address, password, and country. Company name is optional.
3. Select **Get Code**.
4. Check your email for the six-digit verification code.
5. Enter the code and accept the platform terms.
6. Select **Create Account**.

Passwords must contain at least eight characters. If the code expires, select **Resend**. Check your spam folder if the message does not arrive.

## 4. Sign In and Reset Your Password

Enter your registered email address and password on the **Sign In** page. Select **Forgot Password** to reset your password using email verification. Use **Sign Out** when you want to end your session.

## 5. Find Products

Use the search selector to choose **Products** or **Suppliers**, enter a keyword, and run the search. You can also browse from **All Categories**.

Available product filters can include:

- category;
- price range;
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ);
- supplier location;
- verification status.

A product page can include images, videos, price information, MOQ, specifications, certificates, attachments, and supplier information.

## 6. Send an Inquiry

Select **Send Inquiry** on a product page or use the **Quick Inquiry** form. Include:

- product model and requirements;
- quantity;
- target delivery date;
- destination;
- packaging or certification requirements;
- email address and WhatsApp contact details.

Open **My Account → Inquiries** to review sent inquiries and supplier replies.

## 7. Contact Suppliers

Use the contact option on a product or supplier page, or open **My Account → Messages**. Confirm quote validity, specifications, lead time, payment terms, and shipping terms in writing.

## 8. Place and Manage Orders

1. Select **Submit Order** on the product page.
2. Enter a quantity that meets or exceeds the MOQ.
3. Enter your contact and complete shipping information.
4. Add special requirements if needed.
5. Submit the order and save the order number.

Open **My Account → My Orders** to review order status. Common statuses include Pending Review, Confirmed, Shipped, and Cancelled.

Verify all beneficiary and payment information before transferring funds. Upload proof of payment only when requested on the order page.

## 9. Buyer Account

The buyer account includes:

- **Dashboard:** summary of recent activity;
- **My Orders:** order and payment details;
- **Inquiries:** sent inquiries and replies;
- **Favorites:** saved products;
- **Messages:** supplier conversations;
- **History:** recently viewed items;
- **Settings and Security:** profile and password management.

## 10. Supplier Center

Suppliers use the separate Supplier Center to maintain company information, manage products, process inquiries and orders, and communicate with buyers.

## 11. Safety Tips

- Never share passwords or email verification codes.
- Verify the supplier, beneficiary account, amount, currency, and order number before payment.
- Keep important quotes, specifications, and transaction terms in platform messages.
- Change your password if you notice suspicious account activity.
- Never post full card details or other sensitive credentials in messages.
